In the meantime Microsoft and Adobe argue over PDF format
Microsoft has pulled the PDF format from its forthcoming Office 2007 and Windows Vista operating system in a spat with its creator Adobe.
The row broke out over the inclusion of Microsoft's rival XML Paper Specification (XPS) document format in the company's software.
