Can lawmakers stop kids from using MySpace?

Only Through hell, high water or Web filters

A congressional effort to block kids from school and library access to social networking sites like MySpace reveals both the limits of filtering software, which can be easily overcome by a savvy teen user, and the futility of government trying to stop this online juggernaut, which is unlikely to be abandoned by this tech-oriented generation.
